• Other Data Controllers processing data on their own behalf, such as postal or courier service providers, payment service providers (e.g., banks), entities cooperating with us in the implementation of projects and orders, and in the management of accounting, tax, legal, and other matters, to the extent that they become data controllers.
• Employees and other associates of JJ Projekt Grzegorz Jerka—service providers, entities with whom a data processing agreement has been concluded, and entities authorized under the provisions of law, including public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes resulting from the provisions of applicable law, as well as subcontractors associated with JJ Projekt Grzegorz Jerka through personal data processing agreements, e.g., IT companies, law firms, tax-accounting offices, project offices.

9. The Data Controller will store your personal data for the period specified by law, but no longer than 10 years from the last operation performed on the data concerning you contained in the information resources of JJ Projekt Grzegorz Jerka.
